Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry via email or post. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, it is considered null and void.

The seller will refund all payments, including the cost of the cheapest available delivery option, within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made via bank transfer. The consumer is obliged to return the product within 14 days from the date of notifying the withdrawal from the contract.

The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the consumer. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Complaints

The seller is liable for product defects under warranty provisions. A complaint can be submitted via email or in writing, including a description of the defect, the date it occurred, and the request.

The seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is considered accepted.The product subject to the complaint should be returned to the seller’s address.
